Day 2

Started off doing it as planned. I did the capsule, then 20 minutes later the shake (this time with water). I pretty much chugged the shake and then put on my patch.  Felt pretty good this morning, but soooooo tired this afternoon.  Tomorrow allows me to do 2 capsules in the morning, so we will see how I feel.

Day 1

A bit of background--I have been tired and unhappy with the direction of the scale. I heard about Thrive and signed up for a trial.  This will be my true experience.

Day 1:  Started off with 1 capsule and mixed up 1/2 shake packet with milk about 30 minutes later.  Then I put my patch on my upper shoulder.  Now, I think I messed up by not drinking the shake all at once; I sort of sipped on it. 

Anyhow, overall the morning felt pretty good, but I really got tired around 5PM.  Tomorrow I'll chug the shake and reevaluate.
